Красногвардейская 9, ауд. 406 (актовый зал).
Лицам, зачисленным на БАКАЛАВРИАТ ОЧНО-ЗАОЧНОЙ формы обучения направления «Дизайн», необходимо подать заявление о выборе профиля – Дизайн в индустрии моды или Графический дизайн. Бланк заявления можно скачать по ссылке (выбрать бланк для очно-заочной формы обучения): https://clck.ru/35RBqQ
Распечатанное, заполненное и подписанное заявление о выборе профиля нужно лично принести на собрание. Обучающимся, которые не смогут явиться на собрание, необходимо сканированную копию заявления направить в деканат художественно-технологического факультета по эл. почте (htf_omgtu@mail.ru) до 12:00 25 августа 2023 г. (тема письма – «Выбор профиля»).

На обратной стороне каждой фотографии пишется полностью и разборчиво фамилия, имя и отчество обучающегося и направление подготовки, на которое он зачислен.
